摘要:由于纸基微流控芯片的自驱动性、易制备、集成度高、低试剂消耗以及成本低等特点,近年来,在分析检测领域得到高度关注,然而,其最大不足是选择性和灵敏度难以满足实际需求。电化学传感器是一类以电极为信号转换器,通过敏感元件的构筑,将电极表面物质化学反应的选择性和高灵敏相结合,并且由于电化学传感器结构简单,极易与纸基微流控芯片实现高度集成化,因此,电化学传感器与纸基微流控芯片的结合很好地解决了当前纸基微流控芯片在分析检测方面的不足。该文对纸基微流控电化学传感器芯片进行了研究综述,首先介绍纸基在微流控芯片制备方面的特点和优势,以及纸基微流控芯片的加工制备方法,然后阐述了电化学传感器原理和电化学电极的制备方法,最后介绍了近几年纸基微流控电化学传感器芯片在环境、医学和食品检测方面的应用实例,并展望了纸基微流控电化学传感器未来研究趋势。

Research Progress of Paper-based Microfluidic Electrochemical Sensor Chip

Abstract: In recent years, due to the characteristics of self-drive, easy preparation, high integration, low reagent consumption and low cost of paper-based microfluidic chips, high attention has been paid in the field of analysis and detection. However, the biggest deficiency is that selectivity and sensitivity are difficult to meet the actual needs. Electrochemical sensor is a kind of electrode as signal converter, which combines the selectivity and high sensitivity of chemical reaction of electrode surface through the construction of sensitive elements, and because of the simple structure of electrochemical sensor, it is easy to realize high integration with paper-based microfluidic chip, therefore, the combination of electrochemical sensor and paper-based microfluidic chip solves the shortcomings of paper-based microfluidic chip in analysis and detection. In this paper, the paper-based microfluidic electrochemical sensor chip is reviewed. Firstly, the characteristics and advantages of paper-based microfluidic chip preparation and the processing and preparation methods of paper- based microfluidic chip are introduced, then the principle of electrochemical sensor and the preparation method of electrochemical electrode are described. Finally, the application of paper-based microfluidic electrochemical sensor chip in environmental, medical and food detection is introduced in recent years, and the future research trend of paper-based microfluidic electrochemical sensor is prospected.
