摘要:介绍了一种压电式高频脉动压力传感器在某型号氢氧火箭发动机试验中的应用,文中详细介绍了传感器的选型,传感器安装方式,试验前传感器的检验方法以及系统的整体构成,并对试验数据进行了时域和频域的分析,初步揭示了发动机速变高频室压的动态特性。为该型号发动机试验研究预燃室的点火特性和燃烧稳定性提供了数据分析依据。

Application of a Piezoelectric Pressure Sensor in Hydrogen and Oxygen Rocket Engine Test

Abstract: This paper introduces the application of a piezoelectric high frequency fluctuating pressure sensor in the test of a certain type of hydrogen and oxygen rocket engine. the selection of the sensor, the installation mode of the sensor, the characteristic of converter, the inspection method of the sensor before the test and the overall structure of the system are detailed introduced, the test data are also analyzed in time domain and frequency domain, and the dynamic characteristics of high frequency chamber pressure are preliminarily revealed. It provides a data analysis basis for the experimental study of ignition characteristics and combustion stability of the precombustion chamber.
