摘要:依据待测液体的导电性,利用与被测液体相接触的电极进行液满检测,其方法简单实用。液体收集装置液满状态的检测通常依赖人为观测,或液位检测传感器来完成,前者费时费力,后者成本较高。针对这一问题设计了一种电导式液满检测装置,通过采集电极间吸水材料电导(电阻)值来检测液满与否,并给出声讯提醒,对吸水材料间电导(电阻)值的测定和报警范围的设置,使检测装置不受电导率变化影响。

Research on a kind of conductive measuring equipment of full liquid

Abstract: According to conductivity of measured liquid, it is simple and practical to check liquid full or no by electrode touching liquid. The full state of liquid in collecting equipment usually depend on artificial observation or a sensor, the former is time-consuming, and the latter is large costly. In allusion to these, a sort of conductive checking device has been devised, which worked and made a sound by collecting conductance(resistance)of the bibulous material between electrodes. Checking conductance (resistance) of the bibulous material between electrodes and setting alarm range, then measuring equipment will not been affected by changed conductance.
