摘要:应变天平弹性体材料与电阻应变计材料的温度系数不同,导致天平惠斯通电桥天平零点温度输出。针对天平温度零点输出,从补偿材料和补偿方式两个方面开展补偿修正研究,采用圆铜漆包线、镍材(镍丝和补偿电阻应变片)、镍铬丝等材料展开大量补偿试验,结果表明试验达到预期目标0.05uV/V/℃,该研究适用于惠斯通桥路补偿。

Study of temperature drift compensation in strain gauge balance

Abstract: The difference between the material temperature coefficient of elastic beam and that of resistance strain gauge should lead to the zero drift of Wheatstone bridge of the strain gauge balance.
Aiming at the zero temperature output of the balance, the research on the compensation is carried out from two perspectives of compensation material and compensation method. A lot of experiments are completed with many materials, such as round-copper enameled wire, Ni (nickel wire and compensation resistance strain gauge), Ni-Cr wire and so on. Test results achieve the desired goal. The study can be used in some compensation for Wheatstone bridge of strain.
