摘要:本文介绍了性能稳定可靠、精度高、成本低的普适光谱调制传感器。使用这种传感器的光学测量装置不受光源强度变化的影响,也不受由于光纤弯曲和光纤连接器损失所引起的透射率变化的影响。该光谱调制传感器系统可探测多种物理参数,如压力、温度、气体密度和多种化学物质,文章中将加以介绍。

Universal Spectral Modulation Sensors
Abstract: A universal spectral modulation sensor with low cost, stable, reliable and accurate performances is presented. The optical measuring device using a universal spectral modulation sensor is immune to change the intensities of the light source and light transmission due to optical fiber bending and optical fiber connector loss. The application of spectral modulation sensor system are presented that is to detect and measure various physical parameters such as pressure, temperature, gas density, and various chemical species.
