摘要：将敏感栅直接成型于应变式传感器弹性体上，改变了应变式传感器的传统生产工艺。制造出的传感器的线性度、蠕变、滞后等性能指标较传统工艺制造出的传感器有一定的提高。在传感器制造领域尚未见该方法报道，有一定的创新性及应用前景。

Research on new fabricating techniques of strain sensor

Abstract: In this paper, the traditional fabricating technique is changed by making sensitive grids shaped directly on the surface of strain sensors elastic cell . The characteristics of the new sensor, such as linearity, creep, mechanical hysteresis etc , are  improved and better than those of traditional sensor. This technique isnt reported heretofore, and has some innovation and potential application values.
