摘要:一种新型的智能化反射式红外光电开关,应用红外遥控接收模组(IRM)作为接收器件,简化了电路设计。IRM输出信号与微处理器直接接口,微处理器作为智能控制单元,使红外信号发射与接收具有反馈应答特征。应用动态光强控制技术,对检测物在移动过程中因抖动、反射面不匀引起的反射不稳定干扰得到抑制,提高了检测的可靠性。介绍了设计原理和实现方法,并给出了电路设计和参考程序清单。

Intelligent photoelectric switch based on infrared receiver module

Abstract: A new type of intelligent infrared reflective optical switch is presented in this paper. The switch uses remote infrared control receiver module (IRM) as the receiving device, and is simplified in the circuit in this way. The output signals of IRM are transferred into the microprocessor directly. Microprocessor as smart control unit provides the infrared receiver a feedback-response function in emission or reception process. Dynamic light-intensity control technology is applied to restrain the interfering signals from unstable reflections due to vibration and uneven surface reflection in the moving process of the object measured and the reliability of the detection is improved. The design principle and method are introduced .The circuit and reference program are presented too.
